Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or audit or finance, or a combination

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of banking or finance industry experience
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or audit or finance, or a combination
• Data analysis experience (Tableau, Python, SQL or a combination)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and reconciliation system experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean or Agile Certifications (Product Owner, or Agile Project Mgmt, or SAFe Scaled Agilist)

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to large complex initiatives by providing direction to partners, peers, and direct reports.
• Lead a highly dynamic and cross-functional team
• Understand customer expectations; current gaps & technical constraints; drive requirements and ultimately partner with the line of business and finance teams.
• Ensure effective performance and on-time delivery of all tasks.
• Develop and train associates. Possible coaching and mentoring of associates throughout the Controller’s organization.
• Interact and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
• Multitask and prioritize diverse tasks
