About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across all accounting disciplines while working closely with programs and functions across RTN. The position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s remediation efforts related to RTX’s Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA). The role provides exceptional visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with complex accounting and programmatic matters.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic & a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 finance work experience
• Experience in SAP and Excel
• U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all DPA Monitor and auditor RFIs, coordinating review and submission with Technical Accounting Lead
• Cross-functional coordination across RTN functions and programs to ensure timely and comprehensive RFI responses
• Drive consistency, accuracy, and compliance in RFI responses through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Perform core cost accounting responsibilities across all Cost Accounting teams, including PRISM Accounting, Cost Integrity, Cost Accounting, and Supplier Accounting
