We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Account Management to lead and strengthen our retention strategy across both Large- and Small-Business segments. This leadership role is responsible for driving customer retention and growth, elevating team performance, and ensuring operational excellence across the Account Management organization. This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Stevens Point or Milwaukee, WI offices (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office, and Wednesday and Friday working remotely). Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s account management strategy to support organizational goals and mission.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to both Large- and Small-Business retention teams.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution for small business dental and vision sales and retention initiatives.
  • Manage key performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee operational systems and tools required to meet department objectives.
  • Advance effective CRM use to support strong customer and broker relationships.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members to support a high-performance culture.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the Account Management team in issue resolution, documentation, and best practices.
  • Conduct performance management and review HR recommendations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate department meetings and communications.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to escalated customer and broker inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience that aligns with company values and standards.
  • Recommend and help manage department budgets to ensure strong fiscal performance.
  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams to achieve shared goals.
