We are seeking a Manager, ABM & Enterprise Growth to accelerate pipeline growth for our SaaS business, ReturnPro. Reporting to the VP of Branding & Marketing, this role owns the planning and execution of end-to-end SaaS growth and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. You will design and run integrated ABM campaigns, leverage intent data to identify in-market accounts, and collaborate across PR/Comms, Content, Creative, and Business Development to ensure messaging converts into measurable pipeline contribution. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can plan effectively, execute with precision, and scale ABM programs and campaigns into a repeatable engine for growth.

  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns in HubSpot/6Sense (or similar), including account selection, tiering, and orchestration.
  • Leverage intent data to identify in-market accounts and deliver targeted, personalized campaigns that move buyers through the funnel.
  • Own SaaS calendar, campaign planning, and execution across all channels including paid social (LinkedIn), Google Ads, nurture workflows, other advertising, webinars, podcasts, industry communities, retargeting, etc.
  • Work closely with Business Development to develop the SaaS ABM calendar, ensuring alignment with sales goals and quarterly pipeline targets.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors to scale campaign execution.
  • Develop offers, messaging, and landing pages that drive measurable engagement and pipeline creation.
  • Manage SaaS nurture streams, campaign emails, and workflow automation to accelerate prospect engagement.
  • Partner with Business Development team to deliver pitch decks, case studies, and buyer-facing collateral that support active deals and shorten sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with PR/Comms and Content to extend SaaS messaging into campaigns and ABM initiatives, leveraging research, case studies, executive communications, briefs, thought leadership, and LinkedIn distribution.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure executional excellence.
  • Collaborate with Product for new feature launches and product updates.
  • Own campaign reporting and performance.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize programs to improve ROI.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B ABM, growth marketing or digital marketing (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • Proven track record of running ABM programs and campaigns that directly drive pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and ABM platforms (6Sense, Demandbase, or similar).
  • Strong expertise in paid media, email marketing, and digital campaign optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to connect campaign activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
