About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic and results-driven professional responsible for driving growth and optimizing relationships with large, enterprise-level clients. The Account Manager will lead initiatives to expand account revenue, manage executive-level partnerships, and translate high-level business objectives into actionable strategies. You will leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities, support adoption of new products, and ensure measurable ROI for key accounts. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. You will influence product roadmaps, drive go-to-market strategies, and lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders. This is a high-impact role for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience in dynamic startup environments or management consulting (Big 4 experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to translate complex problems and high-level goals into actionable, measurable plans.
  • Deep understanding of revenue share and value-driven business models.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in project and program management, including scope, planning, and execution.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to work with internal product, strategy, and operational teams.
  • Willingness to travel 15–20% to client sites and other locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with eCommerce, FinTech, and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Shopify) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth optimization initiatives for enterprise merchant accounts, focusing on strategic relationship management and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies, aligning with both client and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, leveraging insights to identify opportunities for ROI and sustainable growth.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with internal teams and external executives at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Drive adoption of new products and features across assigned accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Risk, Analytics, and Marketing.
  • Manage budgets related to promotional strategies and marketing development initiatives.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, from C-suite executives to individual contributors.
  • Contribute to long-term business planning and inform product roadmaps through customer feedback.
