About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Operations Support Manager 2 (ROSI) to drive innovation on the deployment team across our healthcare accounts for foodservice. These positions are 100% travel; must have a valid Drivers License. This position comes with benefits. Ideal candidates will live near a major airport. Work schedule entails 10 days on and 4 days off. Join a role where you’ll lead operational excellence across Food, Retail, Environmental Services, Clinical, Culinary, Facilities, and Healthcare Technology Management. As a Manager II, Regional Operations Support (ROSI), you’ll implement standardized systems, programs, and tools that ensure Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable service. This position allows you to influence client relationships, drive operational efficiencies, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of Management Experience
  • 3 years of Related Experience
  • Leadership and decision-making skills with experience managing complex operational priorities.
  • Expertise in deploying standardized processes and tools to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and financial management.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance, fostering a secure and productive work environment.
  • Communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Talent management experience that promotes learning, development, and team engagement.
  • Must have a valid Drivers License.
