About The Position
Our 12-month Management Trainee Program gives college graduates the opportunity to train in different departments of the casino while getting paid! Train for 1-16 weeks in each department of Commerce Casino: Hotel, Guest Experience, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Casino, Food & Beverage, Accounting, Cage, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 4-year degree from an accredited university

Responsibilities
- Receives management training from Commerce Casino’s various departments.
- Learns all Poker and California game rules pursuant to departmental dealing procedures.
- Participates in on-the-job training, completing all assigned tasks.
- Assists with day-to-day operations with each department.
- Observe and gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes from various positions and departments in the company’s operations.
- Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by Management.
