About The Position
This is a launchpad into leadership and ownership. You will learn how to run a branch as both a leader and an owner, take responsibility for team performance, operations, and culture, and be trusted with real responsibility early on. The role is designed to develop individuals into a Branch Manager and beyond. Locke Supply is a leading regional distributor of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC products, serving contractors, businesses, and communities. - Industry experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or distribution)
- Leadership experience (supervisor, team lead, management)
- Sales experience (relationship-driven, results-focused)
