Enterprise Mobility is a global leader in mobility solutions, operating brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. They offer a wide range of transportation services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, and retail car sales. As a Management Trainee (MT), you will learn the business from a neighborhood branch, serving as the customer-facing representative and operational expert. The structured program aims to equip you with the skills to manage a branch, develop new business, and lead a team. The learning environment is hands-on, with guidance, mentoring, and support provided. You will also engage with the community to build business relationships. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Requirements
