Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment.
• Build relationships with customers while identifying their needs and recommending products and services.
• Develop a strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and business development.
• Learn how to lead daily operations, support team performance, and drive campaign results.
• Participate in leadership training focused on coaching, communication, and management development.
• Work alongside experienced managers to learn recruiting, team development, and performance coaching.
• Analyze sales results and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and overall campaign success.
• Gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities as you advance through the management training program.
