About The Position

Penske Automotive Group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals in the Cleveland area to join our Management Training program. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the inner workings of all the departments within an automotive dealership and fast-track your career!   • Must be proficient in dealing with fast-paced, rapidly changing, and often ambiguous environments; be organized and have a commitment to details

  • Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
