Requirements

• Industry experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or distribution), or
• Leadership experience (supervisor, team lead, management), or
• Sales experience (relationship-driven, results-focused)
• You take ownership naturally
• You lead by serving others
• You’re ready to grow beyond your current role
