About The Position

Toromont Cat is seeking dynamic post-secondary graduates for their Leaders of Tomorrow Program, a Management Trainee opportunity. This program is designed to provide accelerated learning and on-the-job experience across various Toromont Cat locations in Eastern Canada over 24 months, preparing participants for full-time leadership roles. The program includes dedicated mentorship, blended learning, and engaging company events.

Requirements

Post-secondary graduate in a relevant discipline (Business or Engineering)
Proven passion for leadership with demonstrated experience.
Strong drive to achieve positive results and make a significant impact on the business.
Enjoys hands-on work and building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Willing to travel and relocate for assignments across various locations from Manitoba to the Atlantic Ocean.
