About The Position

Hajoca has a three-year management development program designed to attract, develop, and retain exceptional leaders. This rigorous rotational program immerses bright, driven individuals in every facet of the distribution of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies. Trainees will gain experience across all business functions, working with a dedicated team on tasks ranging from warehouse stocking and financial statement computation to business generation and more. Upon completion and becoming a Profit Center Manager, individuals will have full decision-making authority regarding hiring, product selection and pricing, and customer engagement strategies, truly operating as an entrepreneur with the program preparing them for success.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree with a solid GPA
  • An ability and willingness to work in all areas in the region (may require relocation)
  • A strong desire to lead a team and run your own business
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional, educational, and/or social experiences
  • The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Learn every aspect of the distribution of plumbing, heating and industrial supplies through a rigorous rotational program.
  • Rotate through job functions in all parts of the business.
