Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and financial concerns
- Recommend appropriate Medicare, life insurance, annuity, long-term care, and retirement solutions
- Build lasting client relationships through education, service, and follow-through
- Participate in hands-on insurance sales training and ongoing professional development
- Develop the skills to mentor other agents and advance into sales management
