About The Position

The Management Trainee Quality program at CSL Plasma is an accelerated 6-9 month training program designed to develop professionals into leadership roles. Upon completion, trainees will be promoted to Assistant Manager Quality and relocate to a CSL plasma center within specified states in the Northeastern US. The program includes development through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel opportunities. CSL Plasma is a major collector of human plasma, contributing to life-saving therapies for individuals with rare and serious diseases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
• Local candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trending and investigations of deviations
• Change management and improvement plans
• Provide feedback to staff on observations
• Lead audits and ensure center is inspection-ready
• Learn staff responsibilities, including Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy and Plasma Processing Technician.
• Travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.
