About The Position

CSL Plasma is one of the world's largest collectors of human plasma, with over 330 collection centers in the US. This Management Trainee program is an accelerated 6-9 month training initiative designed to provide professionals with a promising future and a clear career path. Trainees will receive development through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel opportunities. Upon successful completion of the training, trainees will be relocated with a promotion to Assistant Manager at a CSL Plasma center in Texas, Oklahoma, or New Mexico, with company-paid relocation assistance. Overnight travel is required up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Relocation and travel required.

Responsibilities

• Learn staff responsibilities, including Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy and Plasma Processing Technician.
• Oversee production and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure the center is "inspection ready."
• Participate in recruiting and performance management activities.
• Manage center financial responsibilities.
• Travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.
