About The Position

The Management Trainee Operations role is a 6-9 month accelerated training program designed to offer professionals a promising future with a clear career path. Trainees will receive development opportunities through live environment and classroom-style training, one-on-one mentoring, networking, and travel. Upon completion of the training, trainees will relocate with a promotion to Assistant Manager at a CSL Plasma center within Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Company-paid relocation assistance is provided. The role involves overnight travel up to 25% of the time and reports to the Center Manager. The program consists of three phases: Production Training, Center Leadership Training, and Leadership Experience & Development. After completing the program, trainees will be eligible to apply for a promotion and may travel overnight to support other centers until promoted, with the goal of securing a promotion within 60 days of program completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Local candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure the center is "inspection ready."
• Participate in recruiting and performance management activities.
• Center financial responsibilities.
• Travel overnight to support other centers until promoted.
