About The Position

Enterprise’s Management Internship is a paid, part-time, 12-week program starting in January 2027, located in Greater Columbus. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals. The role pays $17 per hour and expects at least 20 hours of work per week. Interns learn about managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. Participants may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be enrolled full time in a bachelor's program, have no more than two semesters remaining before graduation, and be graduating between Spring 2027 and December 2027.
Must have at least six months of sales, customer service, or leadership experience. Leadership experience may include organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
Must have held a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security verification. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the past three years.
