About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, practical business and leadership experience. Interns take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with support from peers. The internship is based in Boulder and surrounding Colorado communities, including Westminster, Broomfield, and Longmont. The schedule is 40 hours per week, and the pay rate is $19.50 per hour. Interns may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. The position offers potential long-term career opportunities following graduation.

Requirements

• Be a rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years, such as a DWI or DUI.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Permanently reside in Colorado or attend a college or university in Colorado.

Responsibilities
