About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time summer internship for university and college students, offering practical experience in business and leadership. Interns take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The internship provides opportunities to learn how to run a business and develop management skills. The position serves Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and surrounding areas in Colorado. The schedule is 40 hours per week, and the pay is $19.50 per hour. Long-term career opportunities may be available after graduation.

Requirements

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years, such as a DWI or DUI.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend college or university in Colorado.
