Spring 2027 Management Trainee Intern- Burlington, VT
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning and growth. This is a temporary, part-time position during the spring of 2027, with an hourly rate of $18.50. Eligible applicants must be available to work 15-25 hours per week between approximately January 20, 2027, and April 17, 2027. This internship is specifically for May/June 2027 graduates and is located in Burlington, VT.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in May or June 2027.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours (excluding religious observations).
- Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
- Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
