About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students looking to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out from the crowd. From day one, interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will tackle the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is located in one of our offices within Bronx, NY, with a compensation of $19.50 per hour. The internship will take place during the Fall of 2026 and is a part-time position.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in December 2026.
The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Aside from religious observation, must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
