About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, going beyond just a line on a resume. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is located in Rocky Mount, NC, or surrounding areas like Roanoke Rapids, NC, and Wilson, NC. It is a full-time, paid internship at $15.00/hr, beginning May 17, 2027, with a requirement for full availability for the first two weeks of in-person training.

Requirements

Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or before May 2028.
Must have three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
10-12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training in May.
Must be 18 years old.
