About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship offers university/college students valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is located in Fishers, Indiana 46038 and Indianapolis, Indiana 46256 and will begin in May 2026, paying $16 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university graduating between August 2026 - May 2027
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years
• Must be able to work 25 - 40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule)
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• 10 - 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May
