Spring 2027 Management Trainee Intern - Reno/Northern Nevada Area, NV
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, going beyond just a resume line. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as full-time professionals and work in a team-based environment where peers provide support for learning, growth, and fun. This opportunity is located within the Northern Nevada market and may support various branch locations throughout the region, with placement based on business needs.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester in a college/university in a bachelor's degree program.
- Must have a graduation date of May 2027.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related incidents within 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
Responsibilities
- Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Learn to take care of customers.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects.
