About The Position

This is a Management Trainee position for Live Production, designed to prepare individuals for job assignments within operational areas. The program involves familiarizing trainees with different aspects of the operation over six months, analyzing and evaluating assigned areas, and assuming responsibilities under mentor guidance. The role is a Leader of People position requiring competencies in Sizing up People, Delegation, Planning, Customer Focus, and Conflict Management. Requirements

• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to communicate effectively; must possess demonstrated ability to work within timelines and in pressured situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent follow-through on assigned tasks required for this position; must be able to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• User-level experience with common problem-solving tools.
• Leadership ability and communication skills are sufficiently strong to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient English language knowledge and skills (oral and written).
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office programs including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle and resolve most issues independently.
• Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character.
• High work capacity, dependable, results-oriented, and strong sense of urgency.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of an associate degree completed in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Familiarizing oneself with the different aspects of the operation over the course of six months in preparation for a job assignment.
• Analyze, evaluate, and report on the assigned operational areas during the training process.
• Assuming responsibilities over assigned work areas under the leadership and guidance of a mentor.
• Champion for company-wide safety programs and initiatives.
