Support payroll responsibilities for 150 to 350 teammates under the Nurse Managers' supervision. This role involves multiple units, departments, and potentially multiple campuses. The assistant will ensure accurate time code allocation, monitor time and labor edits, trends, and discrepancies, and oversee the appropriate use of incremental and general overtime. Responsibilities include managing daily scheduling changes, tracking healthcare teammate license verification and documentation, maintaining ShiftSelect credential updates, tracking teammate PTO, managing MLOA/FMLA reports and reconciliation, participating in candidate interviews, maintaining A&C records and biweekly reconciliation reports, staying knowledgeable about healthcare trends and regulations, monitoring premium pay programs, managing multiple projects, providing general support to assigned Nurse Managers, and supporting cross-functional areas and operational projects.
