About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. This paid internship offers the opportunity to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The internship provides hands-on experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer service, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships. Interns will complete projects and participate in friendly competitions, with potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must be a current Senior in a bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience.
Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
No more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on driving record within the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, to include a weekend rotation once a month.
