About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship provides real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out from the crowd. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is located at one of our branches in the local Dorchester / Quincy area.

Requirements

Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
Must be able to work 40 hours/week for a full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of the middle/end of May through the middle/end of August.
Must currently have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
Must have no drug or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.
