About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. The internship offers a dynamic experience with new opportunities daily, allowing interns to develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, customer care, marketing strategies, and relationship building. Interns will complete projects and participate in friendly competition, with potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old.
Must be a current Senior in a bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience.
Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, to include a weekend rotation once a month.
