Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with management tools or ERP systems;
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and data interpretation skills;
• Good understanding of operational and industrial challenges, ideally within a mining, industrial, or energy environment;
• Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills;
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to grow in a demanding industrial environment;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Engineering degree or Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Audit, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in management control and operational performance management, preferably in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operational and financial performance of the Tendrara site through key activity, production, and cost indicators;
• Collect, verify, and consolidate operational and financial data in coordination with site teams and support functions;
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards and ensure the reliability of the data communicated;
• Monitor budgets, committed expenditures, and operating costs; analyze variances between forecasts and actual results; and identify key performance drivers;
• Prepare performance analyses and provide alerts and recommendations to management;
• Participate in periodic closing processes and ensure the availability and quality of data required for business performance monitoring;
• Support operational managers in tracking their KPIs, analyzing variances, and monitoring action plans;
• Participate in performance review meetings and ensure the distribution of relevant indicators and analyses to stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with management control procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of performance management tools and processes.
