About The Position
Accenture Consulting is seeking a Management Consultant to join our Life Sciences MedTech Supply Chain team. We partner with C-suite executives and leaders of global organizations to drive growth, enhance competitiveness, implement operational improvements, reduce costs, and deliver sustainable stakeholder value. Our team focuses on helping leading Life Sciences companies evolve from product sales to value-based delivery through improved patient outcomes. We work with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, distributor, and consumer health clients to revolutionize how medical treatments are discovered, developed, and delivered. The Life Sciences Supply Chain & Operations practice transforms end-to-end supply chains to be patient-centric and growth-enabling. This role is within our rapidly growing MedTech Consulting team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Sciences management consulting or in industry in at least one of the following areas: supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related areas such as CMOs, health technology companies, etc.
- A Bachelor’s degree
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in science or supply chain or engineering
- Deep understanding of medtech manufacturing and supply
- Experience working with and/or leading teams, clients and vendors using exceptional team building, mentoring, people development and management skills
- Experience working with Life Sciences supply chain and manufacturing professionals applying excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, and apply structure to problem solving
Responsibilities
- Supporting diverse, global Accenture teams to deliver project work effectively in MedTech and supply chain leveraging AI through setting strategy, coaching, and driving engagement
- Leading sub workstreams working with Accenture teams
- Bringing effective communications to manage level client relationships and deliver with excellence
- Supporting sales origination and project delivery in Med Tech Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Supporting sales and delivery of business and technology transformations by utilizing deep industry expertise in Med Tech and supply chain
- Building and applying technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients
