About The Position

FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Assistant for our dynamic automotive sales organization. The focus of this role will be to provide general support to local leadership members. About Us FORVIA - HELLA is a listed, internationally positioned automotive supplier operating under the umbrella brand FORVIA. Within this factual group, HELLA stands for high-performance lighting technology and automotive electronics. At the same time, the Company covers a broad service and product portfolio for the spare parts and workshop business as well as for manufacturers of special-purpose vehicles with its Lifecycle Solutions business group. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in business administration or similar.
  • 3+ years experience providing direct management support. (Experience supporting sales teams or supporting within the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience working within a fast paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting sales teams or supporting within the automotive industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other Assistants to support the priorities and needs of the team.
  • Serve as the primary contact person among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Own, Track, follow up and help drive the completion of key deliverables (e. g. presentation, reporting, tools, and some special projects).
  • Watch over calendars and coordinate (large) team meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements and handle expenses.
