About The Position

We partner with thousands of unions, associations, and member-based organizations across North America to help working families better understand and access supplemental benefit programs. Our role is to provide clear, professional guidance to individuals who have requested information through their organization and help them review the options available to them. Many workers experience changes to their workplace benefits when they leave a job, retire, or transition into a new stage of life. This position focuses on educating members, answering questions, and providing a simple, supportive experience from start to finish. With our virtual platform, our team is now able to connect with members and applicants remotely, allowing us to support families across the country while offering a flexible work-from-home career opportunity.

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Good time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Post-secondary education is preferred but not required
Customer service, retail, or client-facing experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities
