Responsibilities

Connect with members by phone or video who have requested benefit information.
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations to review available programs.
Explain benefit options in a clear, professional, and helpful manner.
Answer questions and provide support throughout the decision-making process.
Assist with digital forms, applications, and basic documentation.
Maintain accurate records while following company guidelines and compliance standards.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.
