Aptive Resources is seeking a Management Analyst to support health system transformation, implementation and operations, and healthcare business-enabling services for the Office of Suicide Prevention within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This position supports VA’s implementation of the Emergent Suicide Care benefit (ESCb) as part of the legislatively mandated COMPACT Act of 2020 requirements. This project focuses on supporting full benefit implementation through development of standard operating procedures, creation of training and learning materials, development of communication artifacts to raise awareness of ESCb, policy development, and evaluation of program implementation. This position is well suited for a consultant who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and demonstrates adaptability, perseverance, and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate should also be comfortable working in a sensitive, mission-driven environment where suicide prevention and related topics are regularly discussed. In this role, you will support program design, audits, and evaluations across a range of task areas including program analysis, strategy development, meeting coordination, metrics development, and risk management. You will be expected to organize and prioritize work effectively, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and remain adaptable as client needs evolve.
