About The Position

MDW is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Transparency (OATSD(PCLT)) in Alexandria, VA. The management analyst will provide full-time support services to the OATSD(PCLT)'s Intelligence Oversight Directorate (IOD). The successful candidate must demonstrate a familiarity with, and ability to be effective in, the DoW working environment. The Management Analyst may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties:

Requirements

At least three (3) years' work experience with policy analysis and business analytics.
Experience working within the DoW.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Candidates for this position must have an Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying gaps in policy and developing trends for intelligence oversight matters to inform OATSD(PCLT) leadership decision making.
Develop, implement, and maintain business analytic capabilities that collect and review enterprise administrative and program workflows and produces metrics
Analysis and review of workflow processes to develop and implement dynamic interactive shared portals
Analyze workflow processes, resulting analysis, and the development of business analytic capabilities.
Collect, store, and document incidents, and compile into a Departmental intelligence oversight report.
