About The Position

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Management Analyst position. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and high-performing team dedicated to mission success.
The Management Analyst will support Navy C4I programs by providing mid-level financial, administrative, and operational support, with a focus on budget execution, data analysis, and process improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of Navy organizational processes and the ability to engage with senior leadership while managing complex data, reporting requirements, and program activities.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• 7+ years of professional experience in engineering, science, or program management analysis
• Significant experience supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations
• Experience with planning, budgeting, and execution of shipboard installations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

• Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, including identifying budget shortfalls/excesses and conducting variance and carryover analysis
• Serve as a primary point of contact for data calls, action items, and meeting coordination
• Analyze workflows and organizational procedures to improve efficiency within Navy program offices
• Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and white papers for executive-level audiences
