We are seeking a Management Analyst to join our on-site team in Washington, DC. This role is integral to supporting program operations, contract administration, and facility coordination for a major federal client. The Management Analyst will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and effective communication across internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or program support
  • Experience with federal security clearance management and/or contract document management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Active Secret clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms
  • Experience supporting facilities, space, construction, building operations, or operational coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (such as the U.S. Department of State)
  • Knowledge of financial laws, policies, and regulations applicable to U.S. government operations programs
  • Experience applying qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to assemble and analyze facts and present findings
  • Experience coordinating with government stakeholders and external vendors or service providers

Responsibilities

  • Providing contract and administrative support by reviewing requirements and assisting with requisitions
  • Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms
  • Coordinating facilities, space, and operational initiatives
  • Tracking project activities, timelines, and metrics for reporting purposes
  • Maintaining program data in internal tracking systems
  • Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Assisting with Public Trust/security clearance processing for service providers
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and draft documents for leadership review
  • Supporting coordination with Diplomatic Security and other key stakeholders
  • Providing general administrative and operational support across the program
