NAVWAR 8.0 is responsible for the oversight and successful execution of all corporate operations related activities for NAVWAR in support of Navy-wide Information Dominance initiatives. Due to reorganization along functional lines, this program office is consolidating and contracting for support across several 8.0 functional areas. This includes Corporate Operations, Strategic Management, Business Planning, Workforce Management, Military Management, Process Improvement, and Corporate Communications. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President/Program Manager, the Management Analyst will provide Provide data analytics and process improvement support for the NAVWAR Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) team. Support includes metrics tracking and analysis, data collection coordination and analysis, and dashboard creation and maintenance on the NAVWAR 8.0 Corporate Operations Support Services (COSS) contract . This position is located in San Diego, CA .

Requirements

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
  • Five (5) years of professional experienc, with at least one year of directly related experience providing Management Analytics support in a US Navy program office or similar DoD environment.
  • Strong writing, data management, and computer skills including MS Suite of Tools, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong time management skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
  • The ability to lift items that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data and metrics analysis associated with the EEO Office area of responsibility at NAVWAR.
  • Present data analysis and recommendations in modern formats using dashboarding and other tools, such as Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
  • Support the team in improvement and automation of processes and tools.
  • Support EEO team with data management and analytics, policy updates/training materials, event planning and Integrated Product Team (IPT) coordination, SharePoint site content management and updates, Power BI updates, and overall tool/process improvements.
  • Coordinate with EEO team for overall activities.
  • Ability to interact with diverse functional teams in IPT environments.
  • Support data calls, action tracking, Quality Assurance (QA) for cross team deliverables (review briefs, docs, emails, etc. prior to submission).
  • Bid and proposal support if requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.
