About The Position

The Management Analyst supports Navy program operations by helping program offices track priorities, manage deliverables, reduce schedule risk, and maintain clear visibility into customer needs. You will maintain issue, risk, and action trackers; support product order fulfillment through accurate monthly forecasting; and coordinate with program office stakeholders to keep deliverables and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Government Furnished Information (GFI) schedules aligned. You will also prepare meeting minutes, briefings, action item trackers, and program documentation that help leaders make informed decisions and keep work moving forward.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting DoD program operations, project coordination, or management analysis
  • Experience with schedule tracking, deliverable coordination, risk/action tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Intermediate artificial intelligence (AI) proficiency, including use of approved tools for drafting, summarization, and analysis with appropriate human validation
  • Familiarity with Navy or DoD program office environments
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Patuxent River, Maryland
  • Active Secret clearance required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a customer issue, risk, and action tracker reviewed weekly to drive accountability and timely resolution across program stakeholders
  • Support on-time purchase order (PO) fulfillment through accurate monthly product forecasts aligned to the GFE/GFI schedule
  • Coordinate with Navy program office stakeholders to confirm needs, track deliverables, monitor purchase order schedules, and reduce schedule slippage
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action item trackers, briefings, and program documentation that capture decisions, owners, timelines, risks, and follow-up actions
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies to help program managers identify gaps, remove blockers, and maintain schedule alignment
  • Gather, analyze, and organize program information to support management reviews, customer updates, and operational planning
  • Support executive-level coordination including briefing preparation, status reporting, and stakeholder follow-through
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation flow, stakeholder coordination, and recurring reporting processes
  • Communicate clearly with program offices, internal teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure deliverables and action items are understood and documented
  • Other duties as assigned
