Management Analyst
About The Position

We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Management Analyst. This role requires an active DoD Secret Clearance. The work schedule is onsite, full-time, Monday–Friday. In this role, you will perform program data analytics, digital data management (3.10), and eCRAFT reporting to support program performance and compliance. You will manage contract performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and documentation required for Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) A003–A006. Additionally, you will assist in Integrated Program Review (IPR) preparation, Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARs) metrics, and workforce utilization analysis.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field (required)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, program management support, or performance reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
- Experience in data analytics and performance metric tracking
- Knowledge of contract management and reporting processes
- Familiarity with eCRAFT systems and digital data management (3.10)
- Ability to compile and maintain documentation for CDRLs
- Understanding of KPIs, CPARs metrics, and performance analysis
- Experience supporting IPR preparation and workforce utilization reporting
