The Syracuse City School District is seeking a dedicated and diverse team of educators to partner with the Superintendent in achieving the goal of ensuring all students graduate high school with the skills needed to be ready for college and career. The district represents 35 schools and programs, serving approximately 19,000 students Pre-K–12. This role focuses on formulating recommendations concerning departmental structures and organizations, assisting managers and directors in maintaining quality and consistency of public service while implementing efficiency studies and cost containment measures. The work involves studying and analyzing work tasks, methods, personnel responsibilities, and work duplication to devise effective and economical procedures at all organizational levels. Studies may involve interviews with employees, supervisors, and managers, and review of project plans, budget documents, and other relevant materials.
