The Superior Court of California, County of Alameda is accepting applications for the position of Management Analyst within the CARE Act Court Program that is assigned to the Self-Help Services and Family Law Facilitator Unit of the Family Division. Under direction of the Managing Attorney of Self-Help and Family Law Facilitator, the CARE Act Court Program Management Analyst performs qualitative and quantitative analysis and prepares related recommendations, reports, and presentations in support of Court policy, operations, programs and initiatives. Please note that the continuance in this position is dependent on the availability of annual funding. This position provides operational, administrative, and participant support to the CARE (Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment) Act Court. The incumbent will support the CARE Act Court by conducting screenings, scheduling petition appointments with self-help attorneys, assist CARE participants apply for public benefits, monitor and respond to inquiries received through CARE Act Court email account, and provide education and information to the public and outside agencies about the CARE Act Court process. The incumbent will also support CARE Act Court proceedings by attending in-person both on and offsite, coordinating operational needs including technology and facilities related requests, assist with courtroom logistics, and help ensure proceedings run efficiently; provide administrative and operational support to judicial officers, court staff, attorneys, service providers, and other stakeholders involved in CARE Act Court proceedings; coordinate, track and distribute participant incentives, supportive resources, and program materials and supplies in accordance with program guidelines; assist with data collection, statistics, and tracking of program outcomes; maintain strong working relationships with court staff, behavioral health providers, community-based organizations, county departments, law enforcement partners, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders to support coordinated service delivery and successful participant outcomes.
