About The Position

The Management Analyst shall provide analytical, organizational, and operational support to the DHC Office executive decision-making by researching issues, analyzing data, coordinating actions, and developing executive-level products. Using quantitative and qualitative methods to collect, validate, analyze and display data to support decision-making across the organization; the contractor shall develop and implement methods to monitor, evaluate, forecast and report progress toward achieving organizational goals and objectives geared toward informing strategic decisions. Requirements

  • The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level.
  • Experience supporting the Department of War in the same or similar capacity preferred.
  • Requires understanding of and expertise with the Military Health System (MHS) and Defense Health Agency (DHA).
  • Experience with executive task management systems.
  • Knowledge of DoW staffing processes.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Proven experience in strategic engagement, relationship management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience performing research, analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes DHA, OASW (HA), OUSW (P&R), Office of the Secretary of War, Military Departments and other Federal Agency programs’ compliance with DHA strategic and operational policies, procedures, and other forms of guidance.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses supporting executive decision-making.
  • Develop executive reports, briefing materials, information papers, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Support policy development and governance documentation.
  • Track executive actions, Requests for Information (RFIs), staffing packages, and suspense requirements.
  • Maintain organizational performance metrics and executive dashboards.
  • Coordinate reviews among DHA Directorates and external organizations.
  • Support executive engagements through meeting preparation, read-ahead materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Analyze organizational processes and recommend efficiencies.
  • Maintain shared repositories, historical documentation, and executive reference materials.
  • Assist with preparation of strategic communications and executive correspondence.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, government agencies, and other key Department of War stakeholders.
  • Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.
  • Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company.
  • Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and co-workers.
  • Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and Human Resources.
  • Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions as the best of own ability.
