About The Position

VTG is seeking a MANAGEMENT ANALYST III – Deputy APML Support (Air Force) to provide product support and in-service logistics support to the NAVAIR PMA-275 V-22 Osprey Joint Program Office. Specifically, provide sustainment requirements management support to the Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APMLs) at PMA-275 Joint Program Office, Patuxent River, MD within the Level II Integrated Product Teams (IPT).

Requirements

• BS or BA degree.
• At least six (6) years of experience in operational logistics support or product support acquisition with proven track performance and increased duties.
• Three (3) years in the performance of comprehensive analysis across the spectrum of Product Support elements during a job assignment in or in support of an acquisition command/operational command.
• Three (3) years of DoD acquisition logistics support experience to include specific experience in acquisition planning and management.
• Experience must demonstrate the ability to perform independent work to provide logistics requirements analysis, data drills, and weapons systems requirements documentation and management.

Nice To Haves

• An additional five (5) years of acquisition or logistics management experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
• An MS or MA degree can be substituted for two (2) years operations logistics experience.
• Highly proficient with the Microsoft Professional Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, and Project.
• Well developed written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to assess established maintenance/business processes, identify/document maintenance/business process problems and recommend maintenance/business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong team building skills and ability to develop and maintain a highly integrated network of team members required to successfully execute the CV-22 support mission.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Sustainment Planning, roles and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Product Support / Integrated Logistics Support Requirements.
• Knowledge of Navy / Marine Corps / Air Force / Special Operations Command Mission Requirements.
• Knowledge of NAVAIR Sustainment Group Charter and Goals.
• Knowledge of In-service sustainment activity roles and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Data analytics and Tableau software.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support and in-service logistics requirements support to the NAVAIR PMA-275 V-22 Osprey Joint Program.
• Provide support duties as a Management Analyst III for the CV-22 Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APML).
• Liaison requirements include PMA-275 Management, PMA-275 Business and Financial Managers, V-22 Logistics Managers / Logistics Element Managers and CV-22 Operational sites.
• Navy Type Commander and Air Force Major Command coordination may be required in the fulfillment of support responsibilities.
• Daily responsibilities will include working closely with the Level II IPTs to ensure appropriate actions have been taken to ensure logistics support requirements for CV-22 operational sites have been met.
