About The Position

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Management Analyst to support a Federal Agency. This rol e is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance. Key Responsibilities: C onducts organizational studies and evaluations, designs systems and procedures, and conducts work simplification and measurement studies. Prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in optimizing operational performance. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short/long term organizational growth and success. Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments. E xtract, interpret, and leverage data to form data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making and prioritize resources effectively. Investigate and gather facts about agency programs and activities. Assess organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations. Communicating findings and proposals clearly, both in writing and verbally. Researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex rules and regulations related to healthcare operations.

Requirements

  • Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency.
  • Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
  • Experience conducting organizational assessments in a healthcare or military setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
