About The Position

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is seeking innovative individuals to join its team as Management Adjunct Instructors for the Global Visiting Faculty program. This role involves delivering impactful education at Vietnam National University, supporting the undergraduate business program through a dynamic, in-person teaching experience. SNHU provides travel and accommodation support for a stay of up to one month in Vietnam, with opportunities to teach courses such as BUS400: Driving Business Opportunities, OL421: Strategic Management and Policy, and QSO300: Operations Management. The program aims to transform lives through education, leveraging diverse industry experience and backgrounds.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to Vietnam for up to a one-month stay.
• Masters in Business, Leadership, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Management Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the business field, strategic management, or operations management in an academic or corporate setting.
• 2+ years of college-level teaching experience.
• Fluency in English.

Nice To Haves

• Doctorate or terminal degree in the subjects listed is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain regular office hours for student consultations.
• Submit reports and documentation to program administration.
• Collaborate with the Global Initiatives team to ensure program success.
