The Opportunity As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team, you are positioned to lead the delivery of innovative managed services in the telecom and telephony space. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of technology solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • CCNA or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent preferred
  • BICSI certification preferred
  • Demonstrating leadership in team environments
  • Supporting circuit turn-up and validation testing
  • Performing onsite troubleshooting for connectivity issues
  • Validating port status and physical connectivity
  • Coordinating with carriers and vendors for resolutions
  • Maintaining asset inventory and documentation
  • Adhering to safety and compliance standards
